Tokat jane pjese e nje parcele prej 15000m2 e cila do te ndahet ne parcela te vogla qe ti japi mundesine bleresve te arrijne te blejne parcela/toka te vogla per te ndertuar shtepite e tyre. Shtepi ne Ksamil, Shtepi ne Sarande, Toke ne Ksmail, Toke ne Sarande. Toke per shitje ne Sarande.
